Erin is no stranger to the staff; a few years ago she worked with Signature Events, Inc. (the original company founded in 1990, which was later bought by Shelley Rote in 1998 and renamed Signature DMC). She brings an abundance of experience in catering with past positions including, but not limited to, Convention Service Manager for the InterContinental and The Astor Crowne Plaza and as General Manager of the Pelham Hotel, all of which are located in New Orleans. She continued to work with Signature on occasion throughout her hiatus from the company, which led to her re-joining the team on a full time basis earlier this year.
