Festivals

In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Signature was the festival manager for the wildly popular Wednesday at the Square 12 week concert series in Lafayette Square which is produced by and sponsors the efforts of the Young Leadership Council (YLC). The YLC took over the management of the series in 07-09. This year Signature produced the series which began on March 24th and proceeded every Wednesday through June 9th. www.wednesdayatthesquare.com.

For the 3rd year, Signature will again be producing the New Orleans Seafood Festival. Normally held on Fulton Street , the fest will be relocating to Lafayette Square and will be held September 10th-12th. www.neworleansseafoodfestival.com.

Another festival that was created in 2009 to benefit the 2nd New Orleans Police District was the Magazine Street Blues Festival. Signature was selected to produce the festival including all of the marketing, design of the logo, garnering all of the sponsors, choosing and booking the entertainment, and soliciting the food vendors and artists. It was a huge financial success for the COPS II benevolent fund and will become an annual festival on Magazine Street. This year it's expanding to two days - October 9th and 10th.
