Signature knows exactly how many people can fit into venues and ballrooms; whether its for cocktail or seated dinner.
Signature is always working behind the scenes: we know how the loading docks work and where the service elevators are located so that our load in and load out times are meticulously scheduled.
Signature provides the hotel and CSM with a detailed timeline of your groups itineary so that they can staff accordingly for the heavy times. We work with CSMs to cross reference the itineraries to be sure that there are no missteps and that we are all working from the same page.
