Ritz Carlton Transformation for Ritz Carlton

Signature was contracted to transform the contiguous ballrooms of the Ritz Carlton New Orleans into a cohesive event space for 500 guests. The ballrooms varied in size from small meeting space to large ballrooms. A theme of "Music Genres" was developed. Each banquet room housed a different style of Music from Country and Western, Classic Rock and Roll to a USO style show. Entertainment and strolling talent enhanced the decor in each vignette. Our design team worked with the hotel catering department to provide unique food presentations that complemented the decor. In the Nostalgic Sock Hop, a Soda fountain was used to serve sliders, and desserts as a Poodle Skirted teen and her beau selected songs from the old fashioned juke box. A small meeting room rocked as Studio 54 complete with oxygyn bar and lit dance floor.

This concept and flow has been so successful that Signature has been contracted to create the festive event several times over the past few years using different themes.
